The attacks in Paris may have been the last straw, they seem to have pierced to heart: so many people going out to have a good time or enjoy a meal together and finding terror.At any rate now I have a cold, which often happens when I'm depressed. Besides Golden Seal (or its substitute Oregon Grape), Elecampane, germ-fighting essential oils, and rest, I seek out things that make me feel better.
This one did.
